We supply construction materials for any construction project. As contractors we see the need to also be able to supply materials as a one-stop-shop.
With our president being the official first black female contractor, our association is contractor and female driven. We train contractors.
Our organisation was born out of the need to help women in construction. To bring about equality within the construction industry.

In 2006 the idea became reality when our founding member and president, Dr. Elizabeth Chakudunga, officially registered the association. From that point onwards we became known as the Zimbabwe Women in Construction Association.

As the association grew, we saw the need for trainings to be rolled out. We started training individuals who were interested in training others. This helped reach different and distant areas of society.

As the years went by we saw the need to network and collaborate with various organisations within our borders and beyond. This opened an array of opportunities for our organisation as we could do exchange programs and exhibitions.

As the organisation was expanding we saw the need to conduct a conference where we had dialogue between women in construction and financial institutions. This was a first of its kind and eye opening.
